House Rules
We want you to feel completely at home during your stay and to fully enjoy everything our B&B has to offer. To keep the stay pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing for everyone, we have established a number of house rules.
Most of them are self-explanatory, but we kindly ask you to take a moment to review them. This way, we can ensure that every guest can enjoy a carefree stay.

- Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, so we have time to prepare everything for your arrival and ensure that your room is in optimal condition,
- Check-out must be done before 11:00 AM, so we also have sufficient time to prepare the room for the next guests.
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible, but this is only available in consultation with our reception, depending on availability that day.
- Please be considerate of our neighbors and fellow guests – no loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.
- Smoking is not permitted indoors.
- Smoking outside is allowed, provided that cigarette butts are disposed of properly.
- Pets are only allowed upon consultation.
- The use of candles or open flames is not permitted for safety reasons.
- Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
- Report any damage or defects immediately so that we can resolve it quickly.
- Please leave furniture and inventory in their original places.
- Please separate waste according to the instructions in the kitchen.
- Be mindful of the environment: turn off lights and heating when you leave the apartment.
Parking is free everywhere in the neighborhood on public parking spaces. There are 2 parking spaces directly across from the house, suitable for charging an electric vehicle. However, these parking spaces are not exclusively for electric cars. They may therefore be occupied.
PLEASE NOTE: Do not block driveways of houses when parking your car. As long as you park the car neatly in the designated parking spaces, this will not be an issue.
